While most of our competitors have only been in the business for five years, here at New Flexible we started manufacturing flexible PCBs 10 years ago, experience that gives us know-how you are looking for.
In addition to expertise, we also offer flexible PCBs with higher precision. By using flexible PCB punching machines from Japan Hitachi and engraving machines from Yazhi, we can drill holes 0.03mm smaller and engrave lines 0.025mm thinner than our competitors.
Each month we turn out 25,000-square-meters of CE-, UL- and RoHS-marked PCB material in our new 24,000-sqaure-meter factory. With up to 40 QC officers stationed on each production line, our items are put through stringent testing before leaving our facilities to ensure they are lead-free and flawless.
